Mikrohori is a village in the region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, in the plain of Drama, 7 km from the city.

The village has a strong history even today because the inhabitants are largely Pontians and up to now their history, tradition and culture have been supported since then. This is illustrated by the intense activity of the Cultural Pontic Cultural Association of the village, from their events, from their speech which is the Pontian dialect (although this phenomenon usually relies on older people but passes through it from generation to generation) and from their kitchen with the famous cheese and potato pisia.

In Mikrohori there is also intense activity of wine from the "Winery Art of Wine", where at its beginning was a small family vineyard and today it is the view of Mount Pangaio with the extension of the vineyards of the estate. Mountain Pangaio was associated with Dionysian worship and orphan teaching.

Impressive equipment, vineyards and the winery itself, the wine-loving guests, the winery's cellars are an enchanting experience: labyrinthine (they cross an entire provincial street joining underground the two central buildings), decorated with exquisite paintings and elegant chandeliers their gentle, atmospheric lighting in the room with countless barrels and the "library" of sloppy bottles. This is the famous "wine archive", which includes all the vintage vintage recordings. The sweet smell of wine blends with that of oak barrels and leads to the specially designed area of ​​tasting.
